Who am I?

Iโ€™m a fat, nonbinary advocate doing my best to learn, grow and build community.

I live in Seattle with my fur (and scale) babies and love to take trips to new parks and restaurants around the city. I love being by the ocean and in the mountains, theyโ€™re the places I feel the most grounded and connected. Theyโ€™re also one of the main reasons I moved back to the PNW.

What do I do?

Passionate about advocacy and social justice, I have dedicated over a decade to working in the nonprofit and social services sectors in primarily outreach and community-building roles.

As I have navigated my life and its ups and downs, Iโ€™ve been able to identify my priorities which can be represented by these concepts:

  • Community

  • Empathy & Compassion

  • Learning & Personal Growth

  • Intentionality

These ideas drive everything I do as I work on myself, identifying whatโ€™s important to me and figure out what I want to do.

After a lot of searching, I recently decided to pursue my MSW at University of Washington. Iโ€™m so excited to be a part of the 2025 Cohort and dive deeper into the intersectionality between mental health care, community and harm reduction.

Iโ€™m looking forward to seeing how my experience in digital communications and social services can shape my career in positive ways.
